Mada Carpets Company, an eminent Saudi Arabian carpet manufacturing company, partners with Accely for its SAP S\/4HANA implementation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mada Carpets Company, a subsidiary of Al Rajhi Holdings, was established in 2006. This Saudi carpet factory manufactures wall carpets, prayer rugs, mosque rolls, and area rugs. The brand primarily focuses on shipping its items worldwide from its Yanbu plant, tapping into multiple aspects of carpet manufacturing across its plants.<\/p>\n

The large-scale carpet manufacturer decided to use real-time insights into its production operations to better utilize its resources. They contacted Accely to access an ERP that helps them get a complete overview of their operations.<\/p>\n

Considering their unique requirements, we migrated their legacy systems to SAP S\/4HANA<\/a>. As their SAP implementation partner<\/a>, we were focused on delivering an all-in-one solution that would simplify Mada Carpet\u2019s business operations and management. The latest software integrated into their workforce will also assist the organization in improving its performance and executing its strategies smoothly. It will provide real-time data and valuable insights to enable swift business choices.<\/p>\n

Moreover, Mada Carpets was also looking to streamline its HR policies further to improve its performance as a global leader. Earlier, Mada’s human resources processes were done manually. Because of a lack of automation, worker data was dispersed, prone to inaccuracies, and inefficiently maintained. This meant that quick choices were impossible.<\/p>\n

Mada Carpets HR staff concentrated on administrative chores rather than employee policies. As a result, there were challenges with employee empowerment. This also caused significant challenges with personnel retention since performance management and recruiting faltered.<\/p>\n
